If misleading personal data are used, or if a visitor commits a criminal offence or attacks our company’s system, we delete that visitor’s data without delay when the registration is terminated, or – where necessary – we retain them for the time needed to establish civil liability or to conduct criminal proceedings.
Other questions of data processing
We may transfer your data only within the limits set by law. In the case of our processors, we set contractual conditions so that they cannot use your personal data for purposes contrary to your consent. Further information is in section 2.
Our company does not transfer data abroad.
A court, the prosecution service and other authorities (for example the police, the tax authority, or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information) may contact our company to request information, data or documents. In those cases we must meet our duty to provide data, but only to the extent strictly necessary for the purpose of the request.
The contributors and employees who take part in our company’s processing and/or processing operations may, to a predetermined extent and under a duty of confidentiality, have access to your personal data.
We protect your personal data with appropriate technical and other measures, we ensure the security and availability of the data, and we protect them against unauthorised access, alteration, damage, disclosure and any other unauthorised use.
As organisational measures, we control physical access in our buildings, we train our employees continuously, and we keep paper documents locked away with appropriate protection. As technical measures we use encryption, password protection and antivirus software. Please note, however, that transmission of data over the internet cannot be regarded as completely secure. Our company does everything it can to make the processes as secure as possible, but we cannot accept full responsibility for data transmitted through our website. For data that have reached our company we follow strict rules in order to keep your data secure and to prevent unlawful access.

- your data processed by us, or processed by us or by a processor we have engaged;
- their source;
- the purpose and legal basis of the processing;
- its duration, or, if that is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration;
- the name and address of our processors and their activity related to the processing;
- the circumstances and effects of personal-data breaches, and the measures we have taken to deal with them and to prevent them; and

The information is free of charge, unless you have already submitted a request for information about the same set of data in the current year. We refund any fee you have already paid if we processed the data unlawfully or if the request for information led to rectification. We may refuse information only in cases provided for by law, stating the legal provision, and we inform you of the possibility of a judicial remedy and of turning to the Authority.
Our company notifies you, and everyone to whom it previously transferred the data for processing, of the rectification, blocking, marking or erasure of personal data, unless failing to notify does not harm your legitimate interest.

Before you take a complaint to the supervisory authority or to a court, please contact our company, so that we can consult and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
